Calling vid_restart resets accuracy #78

The game will count 0% accuracy if you call vid_restart. Not sure if you have 
to call vid_restart while the intermission scoreboard is shown or if this 
happens always.

Only is a problem when vid_restarting while the intermission scoreboard is 
shown.
