moving models? #90

could you make it so q3 will make animated models move?

i know nothing about programing, but, could you take the player model's ability 
to move and put it into normal models?  maybe a mapper could create a 
animation.cfg for a animated model?

It's not impossible but quite an undertaking. This won't be of high priority 
but I'll keep in the back of my head that there's an interest in it.

I was thinking about something like this the other day.  Basically it was a 
chunk of floor or platform that would raise (func_plat) and it had the 
teleporter misc_model on it (anchored to it).  Hehe.  Not high priority for me.

no, not THAT kind of moving model. (you can do that by attaching a model to a 
door or train.) I mean a ANIMATED misc_model.
