Fixed the title parameter in config-example.ini. #6

Fixed the slight misformatting of the post title in config-example.ini. It's also recommended to fix the config.ini configuration that /u/Holo_of_Yoitsu uses so this change will actually take effect on /r/anime.

Could you elaborate on why you consider the title to be misformatted? I originally changed the title to be that way as a personal stylistic preference (I dislike [...] tags everywhere).

For a title such as the titles for episode discussions, not including capitalization removes the professional feel that titles with capitalization have. Now, this is not always true with some posts (i.e. posts with a sentence in them such as 95% of reddit post titles), but these titles are not sentences. It also seems unnatural for the whole title to have capitalization while the word discussion does not. If you dislike the [...] tags, then by means take them out, but lowering the caps on Discussion seems unnatural and unprofessional.

I disagree. In most cases, titles on Reddit follow the Associated Press style: capitalization is restricted to the first letter of sections split by sentence boundaries and to proper nouns. Whether or not the title forms a complete sentence doesn't matter. It would be more unprofessional, in my opinion, to not use the same standards as other posts.

I appreciate the suggestion, and I especially don't wish to turn you off from contributing in other areas, but I don't think I'm going to merge this change right now.
