Bug when creating R024 leg #41

Line 52 in Shift.cs returned unhandled exception System.IndexOutOfRangeException: "Index was outside the bounds of the array." This is related to something in the headcode L not working properly.

This exception threw when I executed new leg 0 24 0 sc lbts

New bug found under possible relation: Line 174 of Leg.cs returned with an Exception Unhandled error that spat out:

System.IndexOutOfRangeException: 'Index was outside the bounds of the array.'

when executing under new leg 0 24 0 sc [lbts/llyn]
