Jupyter notebook template #165

Useful to help newcomers to the project learn how to use the data. This one will be particularly for data scientists.

This is useful even as we have sophisticated tools because it will be a "base" level way of analyzing it. Tools like the trends app show you trends over the whole archive, and if you want to dig in and do something custom, you can do it with this jupyter notebook

Might also be nice to make an Observable notebook, same idea but can run in the browser/in JS
