Having to press hotkeys to enable/disable every time is a hassle

The list should either be a blacklist or a whitelist, depending on the "Disabled/Enabled when holding…" setting. Disabled when holding a key ==> or when the site is blacklisted. Enabled when holding a key ==> or when the site is whitelisted. Makes sense?
