Broken on reddit after Oct 30, 2023 update? #55

It appears to broken yet again, as hovering over images or videos shows no popup. Furthermore, the addon shows an update, for today as of this posting (Oct. 30, 2023) yet the revision number remains the same (v.0.10.15). TFW, did something break in your code?

Checked on YT and it is working fine there. Amazon and X appear to be functional as well.

The problem occurred with no changes on my end; it was working fine. How then does it break like that? Furthermore, as you failed to address, there was an update today with no change in version number. What exactly did the author change? If you are not TFW, why are you even here?

In any case, TFW, can you please address what changed in your update? Could you please take a look and let us know, or if other thoughtful users want to chime in, would appreciate some helpful proper feedback.

The extension is split into 2 parts, main code and sieves. In the last update I added sieve version/date indicator, that's it. The new changes you're seeing are the sieves only, meaning I didn't change anything.

kuzn123/kenko2 is the manager of the imagus subreddit, and currently manages the sieves. This is likely a sieve update issue, either the new sieves for reddit are broken or question: did you change the sieves in any way?

Sorry I'm not currently actively working on this so I'm not sure if it's user side or everyone having the same issue

Ok, thanks for the update TFW. I didn't change a bloody thing on the sieves. I know not to fiddle around and mess with them if they're working, so I've no idea why it stopped working on reddit. I tried uninstalling, reinstalling, removed the sieves that were there and installing the latest version.. if that other guy is the one in charge of updating the sieves maybe that's why he got so touchy about it.
