[Feature Request] Indicator that I've already downloaded an image? #56

  1. Hover over image --> it gets bigger
  2. Press \<save> hotkey --> I save the image
    • "Wait, did I already have that one?"

A setting to show an icon or outline color of some variety if the image is already in my specified download folder would be useful.
