Name on splash screen #160

What new feature/ability do you want?
A field I can fill in on the setup menus to put a name on the splash screen.

What is the expected output?
The splash screen will show on startup and the name will appear in a designated 
spot on the screen.

What version of the product are you using?
r2-- whatever one had the splash screen

Please provide any additional information below.

From forum:
Erazz states that it needs to be added to the eeprom.  And the issue will have 
to wait until there is a good time to make changes to that.
