timer start/stop in combination with reverse throttle #171

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. set mode 1, reverse throttle to ON
2. enable flight timer (THs)
3. go to main menu

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The timer should be halted when throttl idle (right stick) away from you, and 
count when not idle
In stead I see the timer run allways, except when full throttle.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Please provide any additional information below.
Haven't tested er9x for a while, so I am not sure when this problem originates. 
If you look at this, also make sure throttle trim works in the idle position 
(stick away from you) when throttle reverse is ON.

I fixed this issue in r265 but you may need to recalibrate.
