Automatic alarm disable if running on USB power #174

What new feature/ability do you want?
This would work along with s-mack's add-on board. I have figured out I can
power the radio through the USB port while using the simulator. Unfortunately
the battery alarm goes the entire time unless alarms are disabled.

What is the expected output?
If the battery voltage was sensed as 4.7-5.1 V the battery alarm would not
sound. My radio is reporting 4.8V while plugged in to USB. The range should
cover the voltage you would get while plugged in.

What version of the product are you using?
r264?

Please provide any additional information below.
Powering the radio from USB while using the simulator means you would not have
to recharge you batteries. And possibly you can play with the sim longer.

Yes it is.
I haven't marked it as such because I want to remember to write it up.
