Empty name with quick select #203

This is in relation with the issue #201:

When you made a quick select for an empty slot (for instance LEFT KEY when 
there are only three models), the model name and memory size are not shown in 
the menu MODELSEL.

You must enter in the modification menu and change anything, then, at exit, the 
model name is displayed.

I disabled loading of empty models.  I know this is a cop-out but it was much 
simpler to do!
