Build a Rust based Python Library That takes the json, validates and passes it to Main.py

• Linux Config Parser -> JSON
• Validate JSON
• Be able to pass in json or Config parser

1. Convert main.py to take in json -> move to rust
2. Write a Json Generator and validator
3. Give Option to overwrite
4. Give Person ability to ask for Newest updates
