Add Dear Abby tab #30

Add Dear Abby category to Posts. This will be like all other categories, except the category index page should be rendered in one row rather than the usual two rows.

The dear abby page should only be one row rather than the typical two.

I'm assuming the Dear Abby tab will be in the main nav bar? and by rows are you referring to the typical two-columned style of the genre pages?
