2 years ago I put that on resolved question, as one now can select his own needed languages, so that the list of languages becomes "smaller". On top - as far as I remember - the full translation menu is now scrollable (which is tricky and may be impossible on mobile).
I assume that deeplPro is the most used tool for automatic translations.
As the graphic shows, a rearrangement would be helpful if many languages are to be processed at the same time.
Which of the other two alternatives appears in the end is probably irrelevant.
