Show date for Article Comments older than 24 hours (respecting timezone of browser) #952

It would be nice to the see the exact date and time of a comment, when i hover the duration.

Otherwise i do not know if the first or the last comment is the newest, e.g. see the comments from "8 hours ago":

Osmbc is not twitter, so the newest is close to the unwritten "Start Review".

Does it help if the log (changes) is not only showing the date of the change but the time although ?

otherwise i would like to go for something like 1:20 ago, or switch to at 12:00 for the current day to Mon 12:00 for a day in the current week and for the pure date later on, (as the time will not be relevant one week later).

Challange: has to work in all timezones, the team is sitting around the world.

I meant the comments to an article, e.g. https://osmbc.openstreetmap.de/article/27470 is an article with comments.

The more I think about it, the more the time zone problem joins the task.

Showing the Difference "from now" is not really having a time zone problem. To switch to an absolute date, it should be syncrhonised with the timezone of the current browser.
