Linking in comments to other articles is broken #985

Linking to other articles in the comment systems seems to have stopped working. I tried to add one to https://osmbc.openstreetmap.de/article/28396 and it doesn't work.

There was a lot of unifying Markdown rendering in OSMBC the last year, i assume a collateral damage, which has to be fixed.
