Add Image Input

Description:

A user should have a input box in which to put a URL for an image, and a submit button

Acceptance Criteria:

• A user should be able to paste in a Image URL
• A user should be able to click a submit button
• The submit button should send the link to the API.

• Loading the image
• Drawing the boxes
