remove serializer dependency #28

Let serializerBundle do it, schmittjoh change tagging strategy

but then the requirement on * for the serializer bundle is wrong. This bundle is incompatible with versions of the bundle using serializer <0.11. Here, you allow anything.

I thinkthe requirement on the serializer should be kept, but simply fixing it to ~0.11 as the branch alias for the serializer changed.
