Hangs on first run

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Windows 7 then run DSMIDIWIFI 

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Program should run
I get the program runs then hangs and i have to foce it closed

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
v 1.01 windows 7

Please provide any additional information below.

When i run again i get error 
initing MIDI2UDP

And 

Could not bind to 9000

But the program runs this time

I get a similar issue, but the program doesn't run, it doesn't do anything and 
when I select an output, I get could not bind to port 9000.

for the "Could not bind to port xxxx" issue....i think it means another program 
is using port xxxx so download a port diagnostic tool like 
http://www.nirsoft.net/utils/cports.html then look at what is on port xxxx

get the same issue. but i can tell you that this is since in use win 7 64 bit. 
on 32 bit it runs fine. next problem is i cant freakin kill it in taskmanager. 
that why you get could not bind port 9000. because its already in use
