Interchange registration sometimes does not work #11

If the interchanges get registered through the automatic registration process, instead of defining the commands inside the plugin.yml, the registration process sometimes does not work.

This is definitely not a huge issue, because it does not happen often, but if it does, it is really breaking!

LOCATED! Issue exists inside the experimental protection component!
