EN assets added #5

I have tested it many times, and it works. Additionally, I added another popup page called INSUFFICIENT_INVENTORY. This occurs when you have 999 AP and try to claim more after already encountering AP_EXCEED. The only popup page left is ITEM_EXPIRED, and I will add it next week.

It seems like the AP_EXCEED in JP should be renamed into INSUFFICIENT_INVENTORY since that is the correct popup. Anyway, I'll solve that. Thanks for adding support for EN!
