GLONASS support #3

Is it possible to add support for GLONASS? My phone (Samsung Galaxy S9+) doesn't seem to support Galileo (or it's just not picking up the signal in North America) but GLONASS does work.

You are geo-fenced in US but it should change in 2019. GLONASS is a bit annoying to implement.
