IDE crashes when compiling if you forget to end a code block #1079

When an ending tag is omitted in a source file, the IDE will crash instantly when compiling the code or attempting to run. if (1) print("this will crash if I forget the endif")

AppGameKit Studio version 2023.01.25 OS X version 11.7.2 Big Sur NVIDIA GeForce GT 750M 2GB

@vivid-pixel i thought the 01/28 hotfix resolved for everyone. with that fix, the IDE still reports v2023.01.25 so you may try reverting and then updating again?
