I been looking into developing software for the Meta Quest 2, there is really only three options: Unreal, Unity, or their Native library. All awful options IMO. The Quest 2 is really popular. AppGameKit should support it.
AppGameKit is developed in C++, the Meta Quest 2 Native Library is C++, and AppGameKit already supports android.
How difficult would it be to add the Meta Quest Native Library?
