[Bug] SetObject3DPhysicsLinearVelocity(Obj,0,0,0,0) = nan #1093

if X, Y, & Z = 0, object breaks (regardless of initial speed).

if X, Y, & Z = 0, object should simply stop?

same occurs with SetObject3DPhysicsAngularVelocity(Obj,0,0,0,0)
