Unable to Add Source Files after turning on Remember Tab Order in the IDE for AGK Studio #1101

I'm working in the macOS version of AGK Studio. After some point in time it decides that I should no longer have the ability to add files to projects. Ether by creating or adding files to the folder and then trying to add the file through Add File to Project. The file won't appear in the structure. If I look at the AGK file for the project, nothing is in there referencing the new file. And it doesn't matter if I close and re-open the project, it still won't let me do it. If I open another project when this is going on, same issue, so it doesn't appear to be project specific.

The fix that I have to preform is I have to remove the TheGameCreators folder out of Application Support folder in my Library and when I open the Application again, it will allow me to add files to projects. I have to reset a few settings but then it's happy for a little while until it breaks again.

I'm on V2023.01.25 for AGK Studio and for macOS I am on Ventura 13.3.1(a) however this did happen before on 13.3.1. The (a) is from the recently released, Rapid Security Response release Apple did at the beginning of May.

Ok, I figured out what is borking this to no end. It's the option under Preferences for Remember Editor Tab Order. It's completely broken. I was able to recreate this by turning that on and then trying to add files to the project. Doesn't let me. When I turn it of, Boom, Works again. Can we get that fixed?
