you should delete your attachement ;) btw. here it works fine.I set AGKS to start always with admin rights.Maybe thats the reason.
ok, not sure why I should drop attachment unleess you can see something you shouldn't ;-) I will try in admin mode just in case and let you know if it works or not.
nope , still reverts the folder to C:\AGKProjects in admin mode. I have the download version .
i have the download version too. btw. your attachements let us see your name, adress and so on.
Version 05Aug2019 still does the same, doesn't do this in classic AGK2. I'll revert to that till it's fixed.
I just install over the previous version.Somewhere is the place for the configs.That i should delete to test it, but i´m sure that all fine with the path.
@redagent101 Thanks for reporting this,
There was a bug fix in V2019.08.05 where it would display the wrong folder name , could you check if this issue has been fixed in V2019.08.05 , Thanks :)
Also it do takes around 3 min to copy everything over ( on my system ) so please be patience before killing it. I do know that we should add some kind of progress to the dialog :)
@redagent101 Ups i just noticed that this fix was not in V2019.08.05 , sorry about that.
This has been added and are ready from the next release :)
thanks Preben, you are a star , best wishes Mike (BOTR)
tried to install C++ libraries to C:\AGKS, but clicking on install button auto changes the folder to my C:\AGProjects folder. Then the app just froze up and I had to force close the program. Please can this be fixed in next release?
[edit-installing the c++ libs on it's own without installing AppGameKit projects worked fine though-see pic3 ]
