A simple solution is to add the options to the export list where you can choose Android, iOS and HTML5. So add Windows and Mac here. When the user selects either of these, open a large dialog window with a description like the above guide.
It instantly tells them what to do then, without them needing to hunt through the online documentation.
Why not also give them an option to auto package it too as an added bonus? I.e. zip it up with the media folder for them. If you can pack it for them into a single exe too then add that as well! But at the very least add a simple text dialog that basically says whats in the documentation. And likewise for Mac.
Hold on, before you close it and say its not needed. I just read on the forum from one user that its not clear on how to export to these platforms.
This guide says that they are automatically created when you press play in Studio. Great. But it would appear not everyone sees this guide.
