setvar= not working with entity positions ($EPX, etc) #130

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. using setvar=$EPX X (where X is either a value or a custom variable prefixed 
with %)

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected entity to move to position fined by X.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
v119 r513 on W7-64bit

Please provide any additional information below.
I've posted on a script on the FPSC forum in the public beta thread that 
reproduce the effect.
