Loading screen options #133

 We have updated the main menu, but we have yet to add effects to the loading page. I was thinking of maybe adding an animated screen, video, or animated gif/png to the page to help pass the long load time. Maybe even update the loading bar to a spinning disk. 

 This is more of an enhancement than an issue, but one I think is long overdue.
