fps creator x10 map editor crashes!

When i started to launch "fps creator" (x10), map editor crashes
it displays message like this

cannot uninstall!

reinstall dosent works

please help

its a shame, the dev put fps creator x10 in the grave, but i have been using it 
for some time now, on my good old LGA1156 i3 nv-GT240-dx10-1gb Ram-8gb windows 
7x64 with no problem FPSCx10 version is 1.11 Mature but in the about box it 
says Teen not a big deal tho i have even seen this error but to my knowledge 
when i try to mod the game files or
similar thing this error happens and having lots of other application installed
on my system causes this error so i just have some good old dx10 games and 
FPSCx10
no AV or something like daemon tools, CCleaner etc looks like FPSCx10 just 
wants to
be left alone:) this are my experience using FPSCx10 for quit sometime and am 
bit
familiar to work around with FPSCx10 errors / problems
