Player - Disable Blood Effects / Hurt Sounds #107

When you disable Blood Effects, the player no longer makes sounds when hurt. This should only disable the blood effects and not the player hurt sounds.

I still consider this a bug. Blood Effects should not also mean player injured sounds.
