GameGuru MAX - Request - Environment Effects and Weather Settings #1622

Why are these separated? Weather is part of the environment and there's very little there. I think that Weather Settings should be folded into Environment Effects and made a twirl down there.

Weather will be improved over the next few months. We are keeping them in different sections because there will be a lot of choice in the end.
