GGC - Feature Request - Character Creator Voice Select #4050

I seem to recall this being in the CC in the past, either way, there should be a drop down menu to select the different voice soundset types. This scans and lists the available options in audiobank\characters (or audiobank\character -- which ever is the correct one with the onIdle, onAlert randomizer folders):

For example of what is listed: male female bunny (from Easter Pack DLC) soldier

This will also allow, people to select a default sound profile for their characters that will save to the FPE.

This request will also will fix bug (#4057) where the soundset is not set for some characters providing no soundset for some and defaulting to female for when it does generate a soundset FPE entry.
