GGMAX -Navmesh calculations On or Off enhancement. #5212

Hi to everyone, in my game, it's an adventure game, i have NO ENEMIES, NO ENTITIES, and my level is massive, with different sections, the first cave is divided in 6 parts, and i'm currently populating all that cave with tons of props, city ruins etc PROBLEM IS, each time ggmax has to calculate a very long navmesh every time i do a test and it really take a while...

Is is possible to have a NO NAVMESH or DEACTIVATE navmesh calculations for games who doesn't have enemies & entities ?

@imothep85 Basically no new features until community happy with bug and stability fixes.
