MAX Guides Folder Improvement #5542

Add the DLC info to the MAX Guides Folder to widen the knowledge of what DLC is out there and available from Steam

For those DLCs that have their own guides (all of mine do), it would be nice if the guides would show up there under the DLC name, too. So, if someone were to purchase Offworld Station, they would get an Offworld Station folder in their Guides folder with the Offworld Station PDF in it.

A lot of people don't see the link to download the PDF off the Steam page.
