After much testing, I have found it cannot be reliably reproduced.
I think it is simply a design issue. As I have developed the level further, putting models in that help control the distance the camera has to take into consideration (walls, doors etc) it has become a non-issue atm - at least for this level.
Closing this - lets see if it becomes an issue later down the track :)
A month or so back in EXP builds we had a rendering issue, where objects are not drawn fast enough for a seamless visual experience. Preben was able to fix that, but it is now occurring in the DEVTEST branch.
I rolled back to EXP to test and it is fine in that build. However it is currently an issue in the DEVTEST branch.
Working on getting a level that shows the issue asap.
