@Necrym59 Thanks for the starter script, I like the idea of enemies moving forward in a wave to the next safe cover zone if they are pressing the attack, and allows a user to potentially design that advance. Ideal for confined tunnels of combat. Interested to see what others can add here (maybe some visitors from DISCORD) to flesh out the capabilities of a new MAX Cover Zone Game Element.
The re-introducion of character cover zones is needed for fps and other gameplay. Attached is an 'example' idea for coverzone behavior possibly that can be placed on maps and the characters behaviors would search and query the 'activated' zone as a cover spot and type for gameplay. Having the zone/marker activatable means they can be triggered on/off during scenario or game play allowing for randomness of ai characters movements. (eg: if used zone is turned off they could move up to other flanking cover-zones for example) cover_zone_Example_v1.zip
Just a basic idea to start from.
