GGMax - Request - Global Variables for Snow and Rain #5658

I think a great addition to the weather system in GGMax would be the ability to have scripts know when its raining or snowing or even the ability to turn them off and on via Lua. So a global variable for rain and one for snow would be ideal.

I think having at least the lua commands to start/stop the rain or snow would be good and if possible to effect the shaders settings.

This is not an automatic request. This is a request for a global variable for both effects to be turned on or off by the will of behaviors.
