Interface limit switches so that we know what position the loader and shooter systems are in. These should be linked to indicators on the Driver Station

The limit switches have been programmed, the switches need to be physically put in place and tested.

Determined that we only need the Limit Switch on the Catapult, all other positions are tracked using the relay position
