[Fix]Warlock Soulleech #34

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Have warlock, take soulleech talent/s
2.Cast spells indicated on soulleech description
3.soulleach wont proc from some spells

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
have to work from all indicated spells

What version of TDB? What version of the core (LATEST is NOT acceptable)?
8094 rev, DB 9.29_7925

Please provide any additional information below.
sql adds all required spells to SpellFamilyMasks.
