[Priest] Power Word: Shield/Inner Fire #60

What steps will reproduce the problem?

What is the expected output?
Not to loose Inner Fire Stacks whiel affected by Power Word: Shield.
What do you see instead?
I see Inner Fire stacks droping with every melee hit allthough I don't recieve 
any dmg with melee swings.
What version of TDB?
TDB 335.11.34 
What version of the core (LATEST is NOT acceptable)?
Trinity Core 9868
