[Shaman] Trainers missing new 3.2 spells #8

What steps will reproduce the problem?
The spells Call of the Elements, Call of the Ancestors and Call of the
Spirits are missing from the trainers who are meant to teach them.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Rev 6928 with TDB 0.0.7 + repo updates

Please provide any additional information below.
I have provided the quick fix I used. Apply this to your world database and
reload the npc_trainer table.
