What steps will reproduce the problem?
Experience is quite low for quests while experience from kills are Blizz-like.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Rev 6928 with TDB 0.0.7 + repo updates

Please provide any additional information below.
Didn't have this issue with Rev 6552 with TBD 0.0.6 + repo updates.
