Updates:

• Finished adding all content.
• Improved table of contents
• Added reference linking between content.

I now consider this homebrew finished. This is probably going to be my last update for this homebrew until FoundryVTT D&D 5e version 4.0 features are implemented into Plutonium. Once that is done I will circle back and automate as many features/items as possible.
