The highlights:

More baked-in not-updated DDBI spells pruned in favor of live CPR versions
Updated remaining DDBI spells to latest, fixing a reported bug about Create Bonfire not working ("fixed" as in "I deleted it")
Switch to using dae.macro instead of itemacro.macro as the latter is dead
Fix up the converter to handle the above, and v11, changes
Bump the verified Foundry version for all the jokers out there
