Note this is only partially complete, the following maps are too low-resolution to be walled at this time. But if better assets become available they should be walled.

the "HD" versions Roll20 has are only about ~double the res, which doesn't feel quite good enough for nice walling

Think I agree, it's still just a bit too small, think these can probably be skipped. If someone objects then they're welcome to wall it themselves and contribute the data. More generally, the art for CoA was just not available at the typical quality so not a lot can really be done.
