Missing log/netmaker directory. #1

The directory structure /usr/local/var/log and /usr/local/var/log/netmaker is missing on initial install.

Need to create the directory structure /usr/local/var/log/netmaker.

Added setup.sh to allow the creation of the directories along with the permissions needed to functionality.
