Missing rc.d script on initial install #4

Script is not installed in the /usr/local/etc/rc.d directory.

Did not have a script in the repo. Need to create one in the service/template/OPNsense/Netmaker directory. Also add a install command to the +TARGETS

Need to add 755 to the rc script.
